Imphal, January 05: With a view for safekeeping and documentation of Manipuri films, noted producer/director of N S Films, G Narayan has deposited his private prints of 35 mm feature films along with 35 mm projector at MFDC of which the director of MFDC took responsibility to take care of, informed a press note issued by Manipur Film Journalists and Critics Association.

The Association has expressed sincere gratitude to G Narayan and MFDC Managing Director, Dr K Sobita for the donation and responsibility to take care of.

The film prints deposited at MFDC include Lamja Pashuram, Shaphabi, Ollangthagi Wangmadashu, Kombirei, Sana Manbi Sanarei and Helloi, it added.

Minor dies in road mishap: A minor has been overrun by a Shaktiman truck (MN 06/0282) at around 11:45 am at Kha-Bishnu road in Bishnupur district.
