Imphal, January 05: The Additional Sessions Judge, Manipur East today fixed January 10 for receiving the 10 reports and to hold further hearings on the anticipatory bail filed by MLA Z Mangaibou.

An FIR case was registered against the MLA for allegedly brandishing his licensed gun in front of some Engineers in the office of Works Minister Th Debendra on Dec 23.On Dec 28, an anticipatory bail was granted on condition that the MLA would be available for interrogation when the 10 reports are received.

The Court took up the case today and reregistered it as Civil Misc (B) case and during the hearing the APP submitted that no report from the Investigating Officer has been furnished.
