Imphal, January 05: The State�s 2006-07 annual plan size would be discussed when the Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh meet Deputy Planning Commissioner of India Montek Singh Ahluwalia during the former�s stay at the national capital from January 16 and 20.Informed source speculated that the State�s proposal might be over the Rs 1200 crore mark.

Mention may be made that current allocation for the State is Rs 985 crore.

Banker�s visit: To take personal note and comprehend ground reality regarding bank networking and credit flow system Deputy Governor of Reserve Bank of India Usha Thora will arrive on February 2 on a two day State visit.

The RBI official would also have meetings with the Governor Dr SS Sidhu and Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh during the visit, informed source said.
