The KCP has offered revolutionary tributes to captain Oinam Maninganba alias Biranjoy who was found shot dead by unidentified gunmen on Feb 28.In a statement, AK Akbar, secretary of publicity and information of the outfit said that Maninganba joined KCP in 1991 and in the same year underwent training at the AC Bn at eastern Nagaland.
