Imphal, March 01: Rejecting the directive of the Naga Students' Federation, the Tangkhul Naga Long today said that there is no dispute as such within the Tangkhul Katamnao Saklong and added that Phaorei Lunghar is the legitimate president of the student body.

In a statement, TNL said that there is only one TKS and that is the TKS headed by Phaorei Lunghar.

The TNL will not recognise the "unilateral authorisation" of the NSF in making WA Sothing as the care taker of TKS.

In no uncertain terms, TNL said that it will not tolerate any attempt to disturb the smooth functioning of TKS and added that any attempt to divide the student body by disgruntled and selfish individuals or group supported by ANSAM or NSF shall be deemed as an attempt to divide the students of the Tangkhul people.
