Imphal, January 30:
Manipur State Kala Akademi would be organising the 34th All Manipur Shumang Leela Festival, 2006 at Th Iboyaima Shumang Leela Sanglen, Palace Compound from February 1 to 22.
Altogether, 28 Shumang Leela groups including 14 male groups and 14 female groups would be participating in the festival.
Art and Culture Minister Ph Parijat would be inaugurating the festival as chief guest on February 1 at 1 pm.
