Imphal, January 30:
Naga Students' Union, Chandel (NSUC) has expressed its anguished over non-release of rice quotas under SGRY scheme for the year 2004-05 and 2005-06 meant for Chandel district.
It is very unfortunate that the implementation of the scheme meant for the poor people has been entangled in the hands of some vested and corrupt elements, the student body lamented in a statement.
