Imphal, February 04: Pangei won a hard fought 6-5 win over Kanglatongbi in penalty shoot-out to emerge champion team at the annual sports meet football tournament of All Manipur Gorkha Students' Union that concluded yesterday at Kanglatongbi football ground.

The penalty shoot-out had to be applied as neither side could score in normal and extra period of the final clash, informed the student body.

The closing programme was held with 57 Mountain Division GOC Maj Gen GG Dwivedi and Kanglatongbi GP pradhan Damar Kumari Mukhiya as chief guest and president respectively.
