While taking serious note concerned at of the February 1 Khangshing Khoibu village incident the International Peace and Social Advancement (Ipsa) expressed confidence that the inter-tribe dispute would be solved in a peaceful and amicable manner.
Conveying of an Ipsa team led by its general secretary having visited the affected village where most household goods were found destroyed and scattered by the attackers, the body nevertheless lauded the Khoibu villagers who merely considered the incident to be handiwork of some immature persons.
A press release of the Ipsa also informed that the affected villagers harboured no ill feeling towards the attackers and still believed in continuing normal life inspite of the fact that most families had to bear the brunt of the assault.
Ipsa advocates reconciliatory method to solve any differences and accord mutual respect amongst various communities as there is still no evidence or history of violence having resolved disputes and problems, said the body while expressing firm confidence of both the tribes resorting to negotiation in addressing the grave situation.
