Govt adds "fixing responsibility" in Bimol's probe

Imphal, February 04: In its term and reference framed in connection with the probe to inquire into the alleged extra judicial killing of Bimol, the State Govt has inserted the term "fixing responsibility for the incident" in it.

An order to this effect was made yesterday by the Additional Chief Secretary, said a reliable source.

The term fixing responsibility far the incident shall be included in the term and reference of the commission of inquiry in public interest; it added K Bimol of Moirang was gunned downed in an alleged staged encounter at Nongren in Imphal East on December 29 2004 by State police commandos.
