A team of Bishnupur Police Commandos have reportedly apprehended a suspected cadre of the proscribed KYKL outfit from his own locality at Kumbi Mayai leikai at around 5 pm today.
The arrested activist is identified as Konsam Romen alias Somen alias Sixteen (18) s/o K Kumar of Kumbi Mayai Leikai.
