Imphal, February 14: Common Forum for Persons with Disabilities (COMFORD) in association with student organisations and other voluntary agencies would be organising a silent peace rally on Feb 16 in protest against the State Govt's failure to recognise the rights and dignity of the PWDs residing in Manipur.

The rally would commenced from near the gate of JN Dance Academy Gate at around 10 am.

The main focus of the rally would be to withhold the results of the Preliminary Examination of the MPSC until the MPSC Rules 2005 is amended promising 3 percent reservation of sets for PWDs.
