Imphal, February 14: Manipur Film Journalists and Critics Association (MFJCA) has felicitated young director Haobam Pabankumar and producer BM Sanzu of the documentary film AFSPA,1958 which won International Critic Award and International Jury Award at the recently held Mumbai International Film Festival, 2006.A reception function in honour of the two young film makers was held atthe State Guest House here today with MFJCA president RK Bidur Singh and CATA president RK Gyanranjan Singh as presidium members.
