Imphal, January 19: To enable smooth implementation of developmental activities in Tousem sub-division and proceed at favourable pace the Tousem headquarters Students� Union fervently appealed to all organisations including underground outfits not to intervene in matters concerning welfare projects.

Describing Tousem as the least developed and darkest among all the sub-divisions in the State the student body called upon all organisations to desist from harassing Govt officials supervising project works.
