Imphal, January 19: The inaugural programme of the Sixth Annual Sports Meet of Kuilong Area Sports Association will be held on January 21 at Lower Takou village of Tamei sub-division in Tamenglong district.

The Tamenglong District Deputy Commissioner T Thaithuilung Pamei (IAS) and District Council CEO Ragaisin would be the chief guest and president respectively.

Competitions would be held in volleyball and football for men and women with Rs 10,000 award for football winner in men's category and Rs 7000 up for grabs in the women division.

Top prize in men's volleyball is Rs 7000 and Rs 5000 for women.
