Imphal, September 19: The Army today dedicated football ground at Nungsai village near Bishnupur district headquarters which was constructed under the Army project to enhance opportunity of youths exploit their sporting talents.

The inaugural programme attended by about 1100 villagers from far flung areas was addressed by the �Commander of the local formation� who expressed hope of the ground not only tap hidden talent but promote an atmosphere of cohesion, mutual understanding and cooperation between the security force and civil population.
