Imphal, September 19: To unite the different factions of the KCP, the Home Secy of the outfit, Lamphel Luwangcha has asked the president and the general secretary of KCP to convene a congress within 45 days to thrash out all the internal differences.

In a statement, the Home Secy said that in 2004, a meeting was held at Sajik Tampak from Feb 2 to 4 to unite the KCP but recently the president and the general announced that they have united without consulting all the members of the Central Committee.
