Imphal, October 14: KSC, New Lambulane outplayed YPHU, Lalambung 3-1 while YAC, Yaiskul overcame SICO, Lourembam Leikai 1-0 in today's matches of 12th L Sangita Devi Memorial 1st Division Football League Tournament.

Thangminlal Kipgen, Haopu Neishel and Damkholhang Kipgen netted one goal each for KSC while M Nirmal score the lone goal for YPHU.

In the other match YAC overcame stiff resistance from SICO and snatch the match by a narrow margin of 1-0.Mahesh score the all important goal in 61st minute after a barren first half.

Inter-district football: DSA, CCpur got the better of DSA, Thoubal through Helun who run amok the DSA defence and score goals at regular intervals and defeated the latter 4-2 in the 21st Senior Men Inter-District Football Tournament.

Helun three goals was a remarkable achievement as he himself guided the match till the end scoring goals at regular intervals at the slightest opportunity.

First goal came in 11th minute, second at 76th minute and the last in the dying seconds of the match.

Jenkhanchin score the second goal for the team in the 43rd minute.

Interestingly both the goals for DSA Thoubal came through penalty kick taken by Kh Binoy in the 50th and 57th minute.

Inter-district Junior boys: DSA, Kakching blank DSA, Tamenglong 7-0 while DSA, CCpur beat DSA, Bpr 4-1 in today's matches of 17th junior boys Inter-district Football tournament.

For Kakching side the goals were scored by TM Thangkhalen (three goals), Josepeh (two) and Enil Meitei (two).

Kimminthang score a brace in 25th and 54th minute while Khamminthang and Khamuanlian netted one goal each in the 6th and 33rd minute.
