The inaugural function of the two-day Guru Kirtana Seva (Tal Phangnaba) to be organised by the Gulapi Nata Sankirtana Academy would be held at the Guru Gulapi Sankirtana Mandap, Kwakeithel Nganapi Thong, Imphal on Oct 16 with Director of Arts and Culture Dr Kh Sorojini Devi and Ningthemcha Ongbi L Hemabati Devi as chief guest and president respectively.
