The United Voluntary Youth Council, Keishampat under the aegis of Manipur Voluntary Health Association had organised a three days training programme of RCH workers at Torbung, Churachandpur.
In the valedictory function held today, secy village authority, Torbung T Singkhomang, programme officer I Deven Singh and theatre activist Biren Sarungbam were the chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.
