Imphal, September 28: North Eastern Minority's Front (NEMF) has asked the Minister of State for MOBC Allauddin to surrender to the outfit within October 14 and warned of awarding capital punishment if he fails to comply.

In a statement issued by its publicity cell, the outfit charged the Minister with misusing the fund released for development and welfare of the economically backward people.

Apart from his failure to bring out the list of the MOBC EDP, 2004-05 in time, the Minister indulged in corruption and favouratism at the time of selecting the beneficiaries.
