Imphal, December 28:
The Manipur Hills and Plain Contractors' Association alleging favouritism in issuing cheque power pertaining to IFCD contended that those contractors not enjoying patronage of Ministers and 'organisations' had been undermined.
Expressing that such disturbing precedent be put on hold the Association in a press release called upon authority concerned to ensure eligible contractors reap fruit for their sincere effort towards expediting development of the State.
