The Manipuri Students' Federation has conveyed its best wishes to students appearing in the CBSE and are going to appear in the BSEM/COHSEM examinations.
Conceding that prevailing situations of manipur is far from being conducive for students to prepare for important examinations, the student body also called upon volunteers of local clubs and organisations as well as student bodies to act in a mature manner to that mental state of the candidates is not disturbed.
An MSF HQs statement issued by its president md Attabuddin also observed that in the last few years merriment during festivals preceding Class X, XI and XII examinations has declined to a large extent due to efforts of local clubs in organising sports events during Yaoshang festival.
However, as several festivals are still being celebrated in Manipur students preparing for examinations are not free from hurdles, the president opined while reminding that prohibitions imposed by the MSF against entertainment programme during exam period is still in force.
While urging officials and teachers on exam duty to approach with extreme caution even if a candidate is found using unfair means and merits punitive action as rashness would disturb other candidates in the same room, MSF also appealed to authorities of Motor Vehicle Department to check vehicles only at main parking sites so that examinees travelling in public transport system do not endure inconveniences.
