Reports of storm wreaking havoc are still coming in from different parts of the State.
A press release issued by Oinam Hill Village Authority said that a violent storm ravaged eight class rooms of village high school and many houses on April 24 .
The VA urged the Government to repair the school so that classes may resume.
The gale also completely blew away roof of four houses at Chingjaroi Khullen of Ukhrul district.
A huge tree felt on the pastor's quarter with the impact of the strong wind.
The storm damaged six houses, church and primary school building at Soubunglong village of Tamenglong district.
In the valley district of Thoubal, the roof of 240 houses and 102 outhouses were swept away by the strong gale at the localities under Khangabok Part II Gram Panchayat.
A huge tree crushed a JCB excavator as it fell on it with the impact of the gale.
The storm also damaged electric poles and wires, said a press release issued by the Pradhan.
Members of local youth club, Pradhan and Ward Members of the GP inspected the affected localities and extended assistance, added the press release.

The rainstorm that lashed the State on April 24 damaged gate No 3 of Eastern Shine School, Moreh and blew away roof of Integrated Trade Information and Stay Facility Centre, Angel Care Centre and other private houses, reports our Moreh correspondent.
Four houses in B Molnoi village and church building at Khudengthabi village were also ravaged by the violent storm.
The homeless villagers at B Molnoi village are taking shelter in makeshift tents roofed with plastic sheets.
The affected villagers urged the Government to provide necessary relief materials.
