Imphal, February 18: An awareness programme on Soil Testing jointly organized by Chairel Gram Panchayat and Rural & Slum Development Association; Langmeidong under the aegis of Agriculture Officer (Chemistry), Soil Testing Laboratory, Mantripukhri was held at the Chairel Junior High School premise yesterday.

Demonstration with on the spot collection of soil for testing were the main highlight of the programme held with Up pradhan T Pumima Devi and president of the Langmeidong Association Th Ngouba as chief guest and president respectively.
