Imphal, December 20: Contending that construction activities of public water tank at Marang Ching Khunkha Haolaijang part-III has ceased without completion of the assigned work Makhom Part-III Haolaijang Development Committee, Longmai bazar cautioned all concerned against withdrawing the bill.

Even though the tank construction activities and pipe laying works had commenced since April 2005 there is no sign of completing the same and there is apprehension of the contractor concerned trying to draw the bill which should be rejected by the State authorities, demanded the Committee.
