The 10th State level Youth Festival 2005 organised by the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, was inaugurated today at the Kangshang of Khuman Lampak said a press release issued by the Dr of YAS.
It also mentioned that the inaugural function was graced by Dr of YAS, Jt Dr of YAS, M Pahari, Dy Dr of T&C, W Sushilkumar and Dy Dr (Adm n) of T& C, Kh ramoda as chief guest, president and guest of honours respectively.
