Imphal, January 11: Contending that Manipur Central Jail authorities have not reimbursed medical expenses incurred by detained persons at the prison the jail inmates demanded immediate attention of concerned State authorities into the matter.

Questioning why the Government had not earmarked reimbursement amount for the jail inmates even though various other departments were extended similar facilities, the inmates also charged of in- ordinate delay of patient inmates needing operation.
