JACs of different killings throng CM's quarters, raise demands

Imphal, January 11: The Chief Minister�s official residence had a busy schedule today as representatives of various bodies called on him in connection with a number of killings including accidental bomb blast, attack by suspected underground activists as well as security force personnel in the last few days even as a general strike has been called at Yairipok area tomorrow.

Those among the visitors who arrived at the official residence of the CM included representatives of the JAC formed in the aftermath of the January 6 bomb blast at Moirang Khunou, attack upon the MR personnel at Patsoi area yesterday that claimed one and injured four civilians, grief stricken party of Sanakeithel shooting and the death of three persons in the Yairipok shoot-out late yesterday.
