Imphal, January 11:
A four member delegate of the JAC Against the Bomb Blast at Moirang Khunou called on the Chief Minister and submitted a memorandum containing three charter of demands to which the Chief Minister assured to take up the necessary action within 3/4 days.
According to the Moirang Khunou JAC president Ningthoujam Shamu, the demands include financial assistance to the next of kin of the three deceased persons in the blast, shifting of the CRPF post from Moirang Khunou Lai mamang or replacement by IRB personnel and scanning of the area by bomb experts to detect un-exploded explosive, if any.
From the Government side the ADGP Y Joykumar and IGP (LO-1) A Romenkumar besides the CM attended the meeting that last for about an hour.
Mention may be made in the accidental blast three of a family were killed.
