The 130 Bn, CRPF stationed at Lamphelpat conducted a day long Civic Action Programme today at Kangpokpi areas and distributed many sports items worth Rs 24,000 to school children of Tumonpokpi Junior High School, Kangpokpi; Parsian UJB School, Sadar Hills; Gopibung UJB School, Kangpokpi; Yainkong Pao UJB School, Kangpokpi; Keithelmanbi Govt High School, Kangpokpi; and Primary Orphan School, Kanglatongbi, said a statement while conveying of principals, teachers and students of all the schools expressing heartfelt gratitude to CRPF for the kind gesture.
Meanwhile, one class room of 15 x 13 size was also constructed for Keithelmanbi Govt High School which was washed away during floods last year.
