Imphal, June 25: Reacting strongly against the State Government's decision to construct a market complex at the site of the CMO Imphal Complex, Citizen's Concern for Dams and Development (CCDD) has appealed to the authorities concerned to leave the CMO complex as it is as the complex is an undisputed historical site.
