Imphal, November 10:
The first anniversary of Manipuri Sahitya Parishad, Meghalaya was observed on November 6 at Barapani.
Consultant Ortho-Surgeon and Joint Director of Health Services, Government of Meghalaya Dr Kameshor Elangbam, District secretary Manipuri Sahitya Parishad, Assam Kabrabam Nilkanta Singh and Parishad president graced the function as chief guest, guest of honour and president respectively.
