Imphal, September 29: Committee for Human Right Security & Peace, Sagolmang Pukhao has convened a public meeting on October 3 (11 am) at Pukhao Iranpham Bazar to discuss on varied issue including harassment by security force personnel posted at Sagolmang, said a Committee press release.

The Committee alleged that Assam Rifles officials/personnel had been summoning leaders of local meira paibis and ordering withdrawal/clarification on the September 20 public meeting resolution pertaining to removal of AR post located at Sagolmang.

Body thanks DC, DRDA: Manipur North Economic Development Association (Senapati) expressed heartfelt gratitude to the district�s Deputy Commissioner and DRDA staff for assuring extension of benefit to 22 persons with disabilities.
