Post Mortem conducted

Although families of two URF cadres found murdered inside the outfit's designated camp at Loitang Khunou assented to the conduct of post mortem examinations on the two dead bodies, they refused to claim the dead bodies.
Secretary of the JAC formed in connection with the killing, Salam Sanahanbi Devi said a meeting with the Chief Minister was held by the JAC representatives and family members of the deceased yesterday.
The JAC had gave a deadline of 10am today to the Govt to give positive response to their demands.
She added that the JAC and the families of the deceased cadres assented the conduct of post mortem examinations.
However, they would not claim the body until the demands are fulfilled by the Govt.Suitable compensation and Govt job to the families, shifting away of the URF designated camp from Loitang Khunou and fitting action against those involved in the killing and burying of the two are the demands raised by the JAC.
Irengbam Bodhe alias Washington and Pukhrambam Somorjit alias Wahengcha were killed and buried inside the URF designated camp at Loitang Khunou.
