Imphal, October 24 2010:
About 144 freight trucks including 47 oil tankers have left Mao for Imphal on NH 39 today.
Among the rest of the vehicles, there are 17 LPG bullet tankers and many trucks carrying rice.
On the other hand, about 150 loaded trucks are stranded at Jiribam, reports received from there said.
The portion of NH 53 between Imphal to Nungba and Kambirong is still in a deplorable condition.
