Free medical camp at vill Haochong

Imphal, September 09 2012:
Security Forces under aegis of Red Shield Divisison continuing its Sadbhavana efforts, conducted free medical camp at village Haochong on 09 Sep 2012 and provided free medical checkup and medicines to locals including adults, newborns and school going children of the villages of Haochong, Ijeirong, Chingchen and adjoining villages.
A total of 372 pers attended the medical camp of which 123 women, 151 children and 98 men were benefited.
Most of them were found suffering from gastritis, worm infection, anemia, skin infection, respiratory tract infections, and gynecological problems.
The huge crowd of locals at the medical camp was itself giving a proof of a long awaited wish coming true.
The ARMO of the 10 Assam Rifles and his medical staff relentlessly provided medical care to the people during camp.
The village authorities of Haochong, Ijeirong, Chingchen expressed their gratitude towards the unit for conducting the camp that provided a definite relief to the locals suffering from various diseases.
