State girls win fencing title

Imphal, November 30: Manipur girls team wrested the overall team championship title while the boys secured runners-up position in the November 14-19 13th Junior National Fencing Championship held at Jammu, informed Manipur Fencing Association.

Out of 29 fencers and officials that represented the State in the championship six gold medals were won in individuals and team events while the silver and bronze medal tally totalled three each.
