Imphal, November 30: Like every year, the district administration of Imphal East District through the District AIDS Committee would be observing World AIDS Day, 2005 under the theme of �Stop AIDS.

Keep the promise� tomorrow at the district headquarters by organising a mass rally.

The objective of the observance is to counter the menace of AIDS through awareness and mass participation of public.
