The six day Training of Parents and Siblings (TOPS) for Mental Retardation, Cerebral Palsy, Autism and Multiple Disability jointly organised by All Manipur Mentally Handicapped Persons� Welfare Organsiation, Mongshangei and Oinam Meira Paibi Lup, Bishnupur under the sponsorship of National Trust, Delhi concluded yesterday.
