In connection with the International Peace Day observance, a bicycle peace rally was taken out in Thoubal district under the aegis of Nehru Yuva Kendra, Thoubal, on September 15.Deputy Commissioner of the District P Vaiphei flagged off the rally from the main gate of his office and winded up at NYK office after passing through Thoubal Bazar.
