Imphal, March 19:
All vehicular traffic along NH 53 has been disrupted as Makru bridge on the highway has broken down.
Some timbers on the bridge broke down today morning following which the bridge has been disabled.
It is reported that many people along with their vehicles coming from both Jiribam and Imphal sides have been left stranded on either side of the bridge.
