Imphal, February 06:
Two persons have been shot at legs by unidentified persons today at Kakching rural hospital at around 3 pm.
The victims identified as Kshetrimayum Dharmendra (21) and Nongmaithem Hem (32) of Kakching Khunjao Leikai are undergoing treatment at RIMS, said a police source.
It is reported that the victims were on their way home after being summoned by an UG group whom they could not meet.
