Imphal, March 29:
Imphal East District Police have arrested one KYKL activist identified as Khumanthem Shyam Singh alias Rohen (24) s/o Kh Itocha Singh of Tumukhong Awang Leikai, from Palace Gate at around 5.40 pm yesterday.
According to a statement issued by SP L Kailun, on preliminary interrogation, Shyam disclosed that he joined the outfit in April 2003 through on Devan of Nongdam village and trained at Chandel.
