Imphal, February 28: A 67 year old labourer was killed and five others seriously injured when the brake of the truck they were travelling failed and met with an accident at New Keithelmanbi under Patsoi PS this morning at around 10.20, said sources.

The victim has been identified as Thongam Ketu of Moidangpok Mamang Leikai while the injured have been identified as Kangjam Radhamani (45) of Moidangpok, Naorem Sanajaobi (62), Oinam Apabi (66), Laishram Ibothe (37) and Lunkum (24) of Lokchao.
