Imphal, February 28: The Raphei Students' Union has submitted a memorandum to the CM urging him not to award the work of the 14 Km road from Ngahuui to Chingai sub division Hd Qtrs to a contractor, one S Thanmi, as he has not completed the construction of the PMGSY road from Chingai to Tusom CV.

The bills for the unfinished work have been withdrawn, alleged RKL adding that a complaint in this connection has been submitted by the village chiefs of Raphei area.
