Imphal, November 24:
The Moirang Local Council of IPSA has pledged support in any movement launched by the JAC Against the Brutal Killing of N Binoy.
A statement issued by the Council also urged for the unconditional release of Rajen of Nongmaikhong, Oinam Nillachandra, Salam Kameshwar of Keirenphabi, Tongbram Shyam and the van driver who were arrested by police on their way to bring back Binoy home.
