Imphal, March 13, 2010:
Expressing concern over Chief Minister O Ibobi's statement regarding initiation of action if employees under essential services join the ongoing cease work strike spearheaded by JAC of AMTUC- AMGEO, Nurses Association of Manipur asked what facilities are being provided by the Government to these employees.
The association also urged to provide salary for 13 months in a year and ration money to the employees of essential services if the CM has to take action under Essential Service Maintenance Act.
The association also questioned whether the employees of PHE Department and Health Centres posted in other parts of the State.
