The car (i-20) driven by Roger has also been seized.
The police seizure list also includes a blood stained round neck T-shirt of grey colour.
All the five accused were produced before the Court of CJM Imphal West on March 22 and they were remanded to police custody for six days.
An FIR case has been registered against them at Singjamei police station and they have been charged under Section 302/34 of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
On the other hand, a JAC (joint action committee) was constituted against the murder and the same JAC had submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister Okram Ibobi on March 21 demanding that capital punishment be awarded to Minister Biren's son Ajay.
The other points of the memorandum were revocation of all gun licences issued to youngsters and removal of Minister Biren from his post for his failure to rein in his own son.
Late Roger was doing graduation at Bangalore.
His father Lokendro is an LDC at YAS Department.
Roger and his elder sister were the only two children of Lokendro.
The corpse of Roger was handed over to the bereaved family after post mortem at RIMS on March 22 .
Meanwhile, Roger's mother Chitra Devi has pointed out certain mistakes in the news reports published in some national papers about the murder of his son.
Quoting news reports published in The Tribune and The Deccan Herald on March 22 as saying that Ajay and Roger had personal animosity, Chitra has debunked the same reports as baseless.
