Imphal, November 17: Manipur has collected four gold, two silver and same number of bronze medals till November 16 in the ongoing National junior Fencing Championship at Jammu, informed Manipur Fencing Association.

In an all Manipur final in the girls foil individual competition Usharani defeated Loidang Devi with similar situation confronting State fencers in epee individual title fight wherein L Samashakhi Devi was pitted against M Sandhyarani Devi.

The former won the duel.

The other gold medals came in the boys sabre and girls foil team events.

State�s bronze medallists in the said championship are O Sovaraj Singh and Rajeshor Singh in foil (boys) individual event.
